Plan Changes & Cancellations

1.If you wish to change your plan following the additional availability opening on June 19, please complete a new booking first, then contact us with your original booking number to request the change. The change will be processed at no extra charge, and the full amount paid for the cancelled room booking will be refunded. (Available during the booking period through July 12.)

Example: Booked a shared room for 2 at Kibosō on the 29th → Change to a private room for 2 at Kinkasuigetsu on the 29th

2.For changes requested at the customer's discretion, the standard travel agency cancellation fee (approximately 20% of the booking amount) applies. However, for changes made during the booking period through July 12, if you contact us promptly after booking, we can process the change for a system handling fee of ¥1,500.

3.For accommodation cancellations close to race day, cancellation fees charged by each accommodation facility will apply in addition to the above handling fees. Please be aware of the following:

Example: 3 days before check-in: 50% of accommodation fee / 1 day before: 75% / Same day: 100%

For runners who unexpectedly drop out (DNF) during the race on October 30th, we have prepared a limited number of shared room spaces available until the following morning. Check-in is on a same-day basis only with limited availability. Please consult the race headquarters if you are in need, and we will assist you if space is available. No advance booking available — same-day check-in only.
