Price

The tour price shown on each tour page (per person, Japanese consumption tax included). For some products the price depends on when you book; the applicable price is determined by your booking date.

What the price includes

As set out on each tour page and in the Planning Document. The tour price includes the planning fee.

Costs payable in addition to the price

・Race entry fees, travel to and from the destination, and other costs listed as “not included in the tour price” on each tour page / ・The additional charge where a shared room cannot be arranged (for the HIROSHIMA Ultra-Trail by UTMB 2027 Official Tour: ¥20,000 for 2 nights / ¥24,000 for 3 nights) / ・Cancellation charges where you cancel for reasons of your own / ・The actual bank transfer fee if you ask to be refunded by bank transfer

Payment timing

The full tour price is payable at the time of booking.

When the contract is formed

The contract is formed when we accept your booking and receive the deposit. Where payment is made by credit card or similar as a Communications Contract, the contract is formed when our notice of acceptance reaches you; the card transaction date is the date the travel contract is formed. / Submitting a booking does not by itself form a contract.

When services are provided

As set out in the itinerary shown on each tour page and in the Planning Document.

Booking deadline

The last day of the booking period shown on each tour page (for the HIROSHIMA Ultra-Trail by UTMB 2027 Official Tour: 15 March 2027).

Planning Document

As these are customer-organised package tours, we provide a Planning Document before you book. It sets out the itinerary, the services included, the tour price and the amount of the planning fee. Please download it from the relevant tour page and read it before booking.

Explanation of the terms of transaction

Before you book, we explain the terms of transaction by means of the Travel Conditions Document.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel for reasons of your own, we charge the cancellation charges set out in our Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Customer-Organised Package Tour section) and on each tour page. The planning fee is charged as a cancellation charge even where you cancel earlier than 21 days before the tour begins. Please see the relevant tour page and the Travel Conditions Document for details. / Refunds are made to the original payment method. If you ask to be refunded by bank transfer, the actual transfer fee will be deducted. / These are services, and the cooling-off right does not apply.

Currency

All prices are in Japanese yen. If you pay with a card issued outside Japan, your card issuer’s exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees will apply.
