▪️About This Product

• The Entry Right and Tour Crew Support are travel services arranged by Wedge Holdings Co., Ltd. (Wedge Tours) (arranged travel). This is a separate contract from the tour that includes your accommodation (a customer-organised package tour).
• The service provider of the Entry Right is the Hiroshima Ultra-Trail by UTMB Organising Committee. The service provider of Tour Crew Support is Lucent Co., Ltd. (LUC+ Adventures).
• The itinerary guarantee and special compensation do not apply to arranged travel.

▪️Which race categories you can apply for

• You may apply for an Entry Right only in the race category you chose when you booked the tour, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you apply for a category you did not choose when booking the tour, customers who chose that category when booking the tour take priority, so we may be unable to offer you an Entry Right and you may be unable to run. In that case we will refund the amount you paid, with no cancellation charge.

▪️Prices (tax included)

• The Entry Right price is the same as the official race entry fee. Our travel service handling fee is ¥0.
• Runners entering the 100K or 50K must purchase Tour Crew Support (it is included in the options on this page). The 100K has two locations and the 50K has one. There is none for the 25K.
• These prices apply to bookings made by 31 December 2026. We will announce any change for bookings from 1 January 2027.

▪️Cancellation and refunds

• A cancellation charge of 100% of the price applies after you book (the entry fee and Tour Crew Support fee are not refunded). We charge no handling fee or cancellation processing fee.
• We will refund the amount you paid, with no cancellation charge, if (1) we cannot offer an Entry Right, or (2) the cause is attributable to us or to the service provider.
• If you cancel the Official Tour, your Entry Right lapses (except in the cases above, no refund is made).
• The name on the booking cannot be changed after you apply.

▪️After you book

• If you are sharing a double or twin room, please apply for both people in one order. The arranged travel contract is concluded when you complete your order. We will email you the Contract Document.
• We will also send you the link to the official race entry site (the MY UTMB special page). You complete your official entry there.
